We comply with all major quality and food safety standards to ensure our customers get the best products. Our program, QMS, includes standards like BRC, IFS, SQF, Non-GMO, Sedex SMETA 4-Pillar Member, and WRAP Certified.

QMS makes sure every step, from getting ingredients to delivering the final products, is done safely and cleanly. We use a digital system to keep data secure, easily accessible, and to simplify communication.

QMS is also the main place for all certifications and customer audits.

Our QA lab features top-notch, standardised equipment to test raw materials, packaging, and finished products. We carefully analyse each material according to strict guidelines to guarantee food safety and quality throughout the product’s shelf life.

The Team

Our QA lab is a team of highly qualified experts who ensure the quality and food safety of our products across all production lines. The QA team’s responsibilities cover everything from sourcing ingredients to packaging materials, online controls, and dispatching finished products, all according to strict guidelines. The QA process includes farm-to-fork traceability, chemical and microbiological analysis, monitoring, verification, validation, record keeping, and internal auditing as part of the Regal Kitchen Foods QMS.
